Education is a central pillar of my professional ethos. I develop and deliver bespoke CPD accredited medical courses - nationally and internationally - focused on critical care medicine, anaesthesia, and procedural skills. These programmes are grounded in simulation-based learning, reflective practice, and educational theory, equipping clinicians with the tools to deliver safe, effective care in challenging environments.

I hold several strategic leadership roles within the NHS, including:

* Clinical Governance Lead, ensuring robust safety standards and accountability across services
* Lead for Quality Improvement and Clinical Guidelines, promoting evidence-based practice and service innovation
* Medical Simulation Lead, designing immersive, scenario-based training to enhance clinical decision-making and team performance
* Clinical Lead for Burns and Airway Management, overseeing complex care pathways and multidisciplinary coordination in high-acuity settings

My dedication to patient safety is reflected in regular audits and quality improvement projects (QIPs), which I lead to identify risks, streamline processes, and embed a culture of continuous learning. These initiatives have resulted in improvements in clinical outcomes and team engagement.

Whether at the bedside, in the classroom, or shaping policy, I strive to lead with integrity, precision, and a deep respect for the human experience of healthcare.
